Campaign Intelligence and Data Retention Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains what GrowthTitan keeps and what it deletes when it provides services to a client and when that client leaves. It works together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Where a signed client agreement says something different, the signed agreement controls for that client.
Three types of information
| Type | Examples | Treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Client-owned data | Customer records from ServiceTitan or other CRM and field service systems, phone numbers, addresses, call recordings, individual estimates and jobs, leads from any source, customer communications, account credentials and identifiable client records | Deleted after termination, subject to the retention obligations described below. Access credentials are revoked when service ends. |
| Campaign performance intelligence | Performance data from campaigns GrowthTitan developed, ran or managed: cost per click, cost per lead, cost per booked job, conversion rates, offer performance, creative performance and attribution statistics | Belongs to GrowthTitan. Kept and used across campaigns to measure results and improve future campaigns. Made anonymous to the client once the client leaves. |
| GrowthTitan intellectual property | Offer library, playbooks, campaign strategies, optimization rules, agent instructions, scoring models, campaign structures and reusable templates | Retained as GrowthTitan intellectual property, subject to existing contractual rights. |
Client data ownership
Clients retain ownership of their customer information, CRM records, advertising accounts, business records, and other proprietary information provided to GrowthTitan.
GrowthTitan processes this information to deliver its marketing, analytics, automation, and optimization services.
GrowthTitan intellectual property
GrowthTitan retains ownership of its pre-existing and independently developed intellectual property, including its software, artificial intelligence agents, methodologies, marketing frameworks, campaign strategies, reusable playbooks, offer structures, optimization systems, templates, scoring models, and analytical tools.
GrowthTitan may retain and reuse general knowledge, skills, experience, methodologies, and independently developed improvements gained through providing its services, provided this does not disclose client confidential information or violate applicable contractual restrictions.
Client-specific deliverables remain subject to the ownership provisions of the applicable client agreement.
Campaign performance intelligence
GrowthTitan develops performance intelligence through the planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
Subject to applicable agreements, laws, and third-party platform restrictions, GrowthTitan may create and retain de-identified campaign performance information for the following purposes:
- Evaluating and improving marketing offers and playbooks.
- Measuring campaign effectiveness across channels.
- Developing advertising performance benchmarks.
- Improving campaign optimization methodologies.
- Training, testing, and evaluating GrowthTitan's artificial intelligence agents and analytical models.
- Improving attribution, forecasting, and budgeting systems.
- Developing new marketing strategies and services.
Retained performance information may include campaign costs, impressions, clicks, conversion rates, lead acquisition costs, booking rates, sales conversion rates, attributed revenue, and other non-personal performance measurements.
GrowthTitan will apply appropriate de-identification measures to prevent retained performance information from reasonably identifying individual customers or clients. De-identified information will not include customer names, contact details, addresses, individual customer records, account credentials, or other information that reasonably identifies an individual. Retained records do not carry a client identifier or a lookup that could reconstruct one, and geographic, time or campaign details are generalized where needed.
GrowthTitan will not attempt to re-identify de-identified information. Any benchmark GrowthTitan publishes externally is aggregated so that no individual client can be identified.
Data retention following termination
Upon termination of services, GrowthTitan will discontinue authorized access to client-connected systems and revoke or remove applicable access credentials.
Clients may request an export of available client data within 30 days following termination by emailing privacy@growthtitan.ai.
Within 90 days following account closure, GrowthTitan will delete or appropriately de-identify client data, except where retention is required or permitted under applicable agreements, laws, or other valid obligations, such as signed agreements, invoices and tax records.
GrowthTitan may continue to retain its intellectual property, independently developed methodologies, and qualifying de-identified campaign intelligence, subject to applicable restrictions.
Confidentiality
GrowthTitan will not disclose client confidential information or use one client's customer information to market to another client's customers.
Identifiable client case studies and client-specific performance disclosures require appropriate authorization.
Third-party platform data
Information obtained through third-party advertising platforms, APIs, and integrations remains subject to applicable platform terms, access permissions, and data retention requirements.
Nothing in this policy authorizes GrowthTitan to retain information where an applicable agreement, law, or platform restriction requires its deletion.
Requests and questions
To request an export or deletion, or to ask about this policy, email privacy@growthtitan.ai. Instructions for removing a Facebook connection are on our Data Deletion Instructions page.
